School Performance Reports

Every year, the Department of Education releases School Performance Reports.  These informative reports are for parents, educators, and students and indicate how well a district and school are preparing students for future placements in the college of their choice or in a potential career path.

The School Performance Reports seek to:

Focus attention on metrics that are indicative of college and career readiness.

Benchmark a school's performance against other peer schools that are educating similar students.

Improve educational outcomes for students by providing both longitudinal and growth data so that progress can be measured.
