Frenchtown School is inviting you to participate in creating our Strategic Plan! Join us to share your perspective and help guide the district's Strategic Plan.
What: FES Strategic Planning Workshops

Help us create our vision and plan for the future. Join with neighbors, families, teachers, students, community partners, and administrators to create a Strategic Plan for the future of the Frenchtown Elementary School District.
Using a dynamic process, guided by the New Jersey School Boards Association, we will work together to develop a shared vision and goals to move the district forward to meet the challenges of the next 5 years.
The first meeting of the Strategic Planning process will take place on Tuesday, January 14 at 7:00 pm at Frenchtown Elementary School. At that meeting, there will be presentations on the state of our school and community, and we will begin our work together. The second and third meetings will be on February 18 and April 1 at 7:00 pm. You will have an opportunity to provide input on our future direction as well as the current strengths and challenges of the district as you see them. The second two sessions will build on the work from the previous ones; therefore, participation in all of our three meetings will make your contribution even more effective. However, you are welcome to attend as many or as few of the sessions as your schedule allows.
We will publish outcomes from each of the meetings, as well as the plan developed.
Registration is encouraged. We will have supervised activities for FES students to enable parents and caregivers to attend, so please let us know if you will need childcare so we can plan ahead.
