Miss Gwen Taffera looked right at home in front of the class as she concluded the final day of her senior Education practicum at FES! Students and staff enjoyed one final lesson with Mrs. Ahrens, with Miss Gwen assisting throughout. In a short time, she became someone many students sought out for support, and we truly appreciated her enthusiasm and willingness to help. Students shared heartfelt thank-you cards and even signed the special dress they gifted Miss Gwen, a meaningful tradition she admired and shared that her mom, also a teacher, does with her own students. A special thank you to Kristina Sterbenc, Mrs. Ahrens, and Ms. Billmann for supporting this wonderful collaborative opportunity with Delaware Valley High School.
